Q: How long does delivery take?

- U.S. transit time: 5–9 business days after shipment
- Estimated total (U.S.): 6–12 business days
⏰ Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders after the cutoff are processed the next business day.
Q: Which carriers does Panea US use? We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic orders, and DHL for international shipments.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Q: Is the packaging discreet? Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes with no product information visible on the outside.
🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is Panea US's return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging intact.
Q: How do I start a return? Simply email us at support@panea-us.co with your proof of purchase. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label — no hassle, no extra cost.
Q: When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
Q: Can I exchange a product? We don't process direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original order and place a new order for the product you'd like.
Q: Are there any items that can't be returned? The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, and hazardous materials.
